Days 1–2
Los Llanos
- Travel into the savannah and explore on horseback or by 4×4 with llanero guides.
- Look for capybaras, deer, giant anteaters, howler monkeys and abundant birdlife without treating sightings as guaranteed.
- Try early-morning canoeing and learn about cattle traditions, work chants and llanero culture.

Days 3–5
Cartagena
- Explore the World Heritage city through history, architecture and culture.
- Trek a private reserve in search of cotton-top tamarins and other wildlife.
- Glide through La Boquilla’s mangroves, then experience Getsemaní’s street art and neighborhood life.

Days 6–7
Tayrona
- Slow down among jungle, pools and ancient terraces.
- Paddle a forest-lined river, look for monkeys and birds, and picnic where the river meets the sea.
- A community-led Kogui cultural visit can be considered only when invited and responsibly arranged.

Days 8–10
Sierra Nevada
- Rise into cloud forest with broad Caribbean views.
- Walk and birdwatch in one of the world’s remarkable endemic-bird regions.
- Consider a coffee-hacienda visit or a carefully planned coastal day before departure.
