Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, PS Travel may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, approximate travel dates, party size, experience interests and the message you choose to share. The website also uses technical safeguards including form-security tokens, hidden anti-spam fields, timing checks, duplicate detection and rate limits.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your travel or impact interests, plan appropriate next steps, prevent spam and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not complete a booking, charge a payment or make a donation.

Spam prevention and technical data

Inquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile processes technical browser and connection signals needed to provide this security function; it does not receive the contents entered into PS Travel form fields. PS Travel validates the resulting security token before accepting an inquiry. For accepted inquiries, PS Travel stores shortened, one-way hashes of the source network address and browser identifier, the approximate form-completion time, and the Turnstile validation context. Raw network addresses and browser strings are not stored with the inquiry. Aggregated rejection reasons are retained for up to 31 days to monitor abuse.

Where it is stored

Inquiry records are stored privately in the PS Travel WordPress system. Notification emails may also be sent to a monitored PS Travel address. Hosting, email and security providers may process limited data as needed to deliver those services.

How long we keep it

PS Travel retains inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, business records, security and applicable legal obligations. Short-lived rate-limit and duplicate-detection records expire automatically.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete inquiry information, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Contact info@youtravelps.com.

Children

This website is intended for adults making travel inquiries. Student and family travel may involve minors, but the public form should be completed by a parent, guardian or authorized adult and should not include unnecessary sensitive information about a child.

Updates

PS Travel may update this policy as the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
